Pro Dent Hail Center Co-Owner, Keith Hebert is himself a 20+ year PDR technician with a total of over 30 years of metal working experience. Keith’s metalsmithing career began while serving for over eight years as an active duty service member in the Marine Corps, working on helicopters prior to, during and post-deployment in the Persian Gulf War. His expertise grew to include certifications in welding, composite repair and quality assurance designations; ultimately Keith was even responsible for signing off on repairs made to Marine One during his tenure in the military!

Keith’s PDR experience started with full-time, six month-long training for one of the best independent PDR companies in the United States. In the early years of his career, Keith served as the exclusive PDR technician for the largest Mercedes, Porsche, Land Rover/Audi dealer in the Northern Virginia area. During his five years in this role, Keith handled new, pre-owned and service vehicles of countless makes and models. Keith eventually expanded his skillset into vehicle hail dent repair as well in 2004, developing extensive experience repairing hail damage completely.

He sets and maintains high expectations for his craft, production levels and professionalism. So far in his PDR career, Keith has personally repaired thousands of vehicles both domestically and abroad for customers, dealerships and vehicle manufacturing plants such as Ford, Mercedes and BMW. In addition, all three times Keith competed in the international Dent Olympics he placed top three, including cinching a first-place title!

To effectively hone his skills as both a manager in this field and a repairman himself, Chuck began to train and study how to become a certified technician. He sought and obtained one of the highest honors a PDR technician can achieve: an ARC Certified Master Technician. To reach this certification with extremely high standards and criteria, Chuck’s work needed to be evaluated and reviewed by other master technicians. The self-motivated manager passed and received the ARC Master Technician Certification, but he didn’t stop there.

In his quest for excellence in his own work and in his field, he pursued additional training in order to provide the best quality of work to his customers. He became an Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) Electric Vehicle Certified PDR Technician in time as well, enabling him to also service electric vehicles needing repair. Chuck then joined the National Association of PDR Technicians (NAPDRT) and PDR Nation, which he credits as standardizing influences in the PDR industry.

He is proud and lucky to call Colorado his home and is pleased to practice his craft here in Fort Collins as a superb, peer-accredited and industry-certified PDR technician.

Pro Dent Hail Center Co-Owner Jeff Robbie served as a talented handyman long before he became a certified PDR and hail dent repair technician. He first worked on construction projects as a missionary to Haiti, before then returning to the states to work as a carpenter. Eventually, he built his own construction company from the ground up, managing construction of million-dollar homes in his capacity as a small business owner. Jeff then joined the PDR industry in 2004. He trained under high-end technicians, including Pro Dent Hail Center’s very own accredited Keith Hebert. Jeff served as a PDR technician to local car dealerships and began to service vehicles after small hail storms as well. Since becoming a full-time hail specialist, Jeff has traveled across the country working on hail dent repair for communities in countless states. Most significantly, he’s repaired hail damaged vehicles for car factories such as BMW and Ford, and for most all of the brand name car dealerships. Jeff has also lent his expertise as a PDR and hail damage repair specialist to manage teams at auto repair body shops across the United States. Jeff is proud to be a certified ARC Master Hail Repair Technician, a highly regarded designation in the PDR industry, and IMI-certified to work on both hybrid and electric vehicles.

Pro Dent Hail Center Sales Consultant Marita joined the team as the sales consultant. She brings over 30 years of sales experience to the company. She is excited about expanding Pro Dent Hail Center’s presence in Fort Collins and getting to know local business leaders in the area. Marita‘s enthusiasm and sales skills have earned her many sales awards in past positions and she recently received her company’s sales excellence award. Marita shares her husband Chuck’s commitment to the best customer service possible. She and Chuck have been married for 21 years – both love to be outdoors and enjoy being on the water.
